This Dump and Go Crockpot Chicken and Rice Casserole is a simple and flavorful dish, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add rice, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
  4. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
